One-to-one sessions
At Galactic Light, we offer completely natural holistic treatments, counselling, and healing sessions in order to help dissolve the effects of feeling stuck, stress, tension & anxiety. The body has a natural inborn healing system. However, the effects of life’s pressures such as stress interferes with that natural healing ability.
We assist in dissolving stress and energy blockages that the body holds on to. At the end of a treatment, (and our workshops and Egypt trips), the client feels lighter and has a far more buoyant outlook and approach than prior to the treatment or workshop. This is now where the body is able to freely and unhindered commence its natural healing. However, everybody's response differs, and therefore we advise that a series of treatments would be most beneficial, as each visit goes deeper to the next layer.
In Vortex, we say, ‘The Issue is in the Tissue’
Our bodies act similar to a computer. They store data and we store memories. A computer requires a file name to retrieve data. With us, a chance event could trigger our memory bank, that could lead us to re-live scenes in our mind of an event from our past. These unfolding scenes could be happy memories, but conversely they could be sad and unhappy, with negative emotions like anger or fear rising within us. For example, seeing a child eating ice cream could trigger memories taking you back to your own childhood.
Unbeknown to us, at the time we experience upsetting or traumatic events, unless they are satisfactory resolved at that time, our body's computer stores the memory and the negative associated emotions. Vortex terms this 'cellular memory', in that all the emotions associated with that event are stored within our cellular system.
If you have experienced such an upset in your past, you probably would not give it much thought now. But if the issue was not resolved then, you still hold within you the memory and the associated toxic emotions that arose at that time. Consequently the way or the ease in which we are able to interact with family, friends and work colleagues, is associated with the emotional freedom that we have.
Vortex Healing is a proven method of identifying a client's priority issue, an emotional occurrence having the highest impact or charge. From experience it is not the story in the client's mind when they come to see me (conscious thinking), but has been something deeply embedded when they were younger and has been forgotten (subconscious).
Clients frequently report that on the conclusion of a Vortex session, they feel much lighter and happier, and that their 'problem' actually now appears not be a problem at all. It doesn't mean that their external situation has altered, but their internal situation has. They are able to view their external situation through a clearer screen.
The stories of three clients.
Some years ago a client came to see me with an issue about her husband. I intuitively knew that this was not her priority issue. I told her that something had happened on the day she was born. She was rather surprised at this, and her thinking began to open up her body's computer locked files. Suddenly she recounted that her mother had told her that when she was born, the nurse had taken her to wash her and had accidently dropped in her the hospital sink. The shock the newly born baby received on impact had been with her from birth until her mid 50's, and had ultimately shaped the course of her life.
A Worthing, West Sussex client's recent visit showed that her priority issue was the hurt she unwittingly kept within her from ten years ago, of being mis-sold a week's holiday on the east coast. Looking forward to a relaxing break with her husband and two children, turned out to be exceedingly disappointing.
Another recent client's priority issue was related to her late husband. They were both very strong people, who lived in their own worlds. Since his passing, she was frequently reliving their time together, continuing getting very upset. When I first met her, this lady's appearance was as a dark cloud surrounding her. By the end of our session, she was light and bubbly, laughing at how wonderful she felt having finally been able to shed that dark cloud around her. Her friends mentioned how wonderfully different she looked.

Vortex treatments are by the session and not by the hour. Typically a client's first visit can last 1 1/2 hours. Clients are made to feel comfortable lying on a Reiki couch.
Fees are £45 per session. This includes a FREE telephone consultation and 2nd visit.

At the start of your session, Seija (pronounced say-yah) will discuss with you the treatment or healing she feels you would benefit most by. She is guided for what would be best for you, which may be one or a combination of very powerful healing methods which she has been practicing and teaching for many years.
She treats the body as a whole. This is based on the understanding that symptoms do not necessarily need to be treated at the point of discomfort, but could commence elsewhere in our organism such as the approach taken by acupuncture, shiatsu massage and reflexology.
Seija’s work can be used in support of other treatments that the client may be receiving. Please note that often these sessions include counseling and tools to practice at home, in order for the healing process to continue outside your visit.
