This workshop is tailored according to participants. It can be from one hour lecture or mini workshop to a weekend workshop.
The primary cause of diseases which afflict the body is negative thoughts. Whatever you hold in your mind will be produced in the physical body.
Through resonance, the thoughts and emotions you hold about yourself have an enormous impact on your body consciousness, and a fear of disease and death will quite literally programme your body for illness.
Also any ill-feeling or bitterness towards another person will at once affect
the body and produce some kind of dis-ease in the body.
Our body is wiser than we are.
Traditionally stress is thought to be a cause of many human disorders and illnesses. According to Dr. Hawkins, the problem with this diagnosis is that it doesn’t accurately address the source of the stress. This kind of diagnosis blames external circumstances, without realising that all stress is internally created by our attitudes. It is not life events, but one’s reaction to them, that activates the symptoms of stress.
Often these traumatic situations are deliberately pushed so deep inside that you might not be even aware of their existence. Throughout our lifetime to the present moment, the effects of all our negative experiences and memories build up, layer by layer. This inhibits the body’s natural energy flow.
Over time, these multi-layers lead to ‘dis-ease’, manifesting as malfunctions of the physical and emotional body. i.e. aches, pain and discomfort, leading eventually to disease. So, going on the basis of how we feel now, what is our current health condition, that is mostly due to the level of negative emotions or ‘Cellular Memory’ that we are holding onto.
As our body is a wise guy, it tries to tell you, that in this example, throat is the area of your being, which needs your attention and some work with. Maybe there is something to be learnt, and then dissolve the whole issue. The higher your energy, the more capable you are of impacting in a positive way yourself and everyone in your immediate and distant surroundings.
Every thought has a literal value to you in every possible way. Behind everything in our lives lies a thought or a series of thoughts. The strength of your body, the strength of your mind, your success in life and the pleasures you give to others by your company - all depend on the nature and quality of your thoughts – quality of your inner speech.

It is not life’s events, but how one reacts to them and attitude that one has about them, that determines whether such events have a positive or negative effect on one’s life, whether they are experienced as an opportunity or as a stress.
